1 — What is being bought

Every purchase on Bab El Elm is access to one study material — its lessons, units and exams — until the end of the current academic year.

The content is digital and unlocks immediately on payment. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

2 — When you are entitled to a refund

• Within 14 days of purchase, if you have not completed a substantial part of the material.
• At any time, if the material did not unlock after payment because of a fault on our side.
• At any time, if you were charged twice for the same material.
• At any time, if a material is withdrawn from the platform before its access period ends — refunded in proportion to the time remaining.

3 — When you are not

• More than 14 days after the purchase.
• Once most of the material's lessons are finished or most of its exams have been taken — the content has in that case been consumed.
• Where the material was unlocked with a free or promotional code, since nothing was paid.
• Where the academic year has ended and access expired normally.

4 — How to ask

Write to support@babelelm-eg.com with:

• the name of the material you bought;
• roughly when you bought it;
• your account's primary code — or the last four characters of the transaction reference, if you have it.

Do not send us your card details. We neither need nor see them; the refund is issued through the payment provider to the same card or wallet you paid from.

5 — How long it takes

• We reply within two working days.
• If the request is accepted, we submit it to the payment provider within seven working days.
• The money reaching your account after that is up to your bank or wallet, and commonly takes 7–14 working days. That part is outside our control.

When a refund is granted, access to that material is withdrawn from the account. Certificates and results already earned are left alone.

6 — Cancellation

There are no recurring subscriptions on Bab El Elm and no automatic charges. Each purchase stands alone and ends by itself at the close of the academic year, so there is nothing to cancel — and if you do not buy again, nothing is taken.

7 — Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable tax. The final price is shown before payment and nothing is added afterwards.
